Dracula's Fiancée from Screenbound

I've done a search and couldn't fi d anything, and reviews seem to be lacking for this release.

I had it as part of the recent sale, and having a look at it today the picture is all messed up on it, it looks like it's runnning at 12 frames a second or something. Kind of slo-mo. Very weird.
Anyone else have this, and know if there was a replacement programme or anything. I hope so, it's a disgrace to put a disk out like this and not fix it. The Mino Lorber version doesn't have this problem mentioned on the reviews.
One of the other discs i have had a trailer for Fascination, which had the same problem.
It's been tried on 3 players, it's not a player issue
