‘Lemonade’ is a romantic comedy starring Thomas Sadoski and Hannah Simone

Thomas Sadoski (“The Newsroom”) and “New Girl” star Hannah Simone are toplining indie romantic comedy “Lemonade” with Marisa Tomei and Jay Ellis in supporting roles.

Producers are Mark Mathias Sayre and Elliott Williams. Timothy Davis and Ellis are exec producing through Sunday Ruckus.

Dave Matalon will be making his feature-film directorial debut and directing from his own script, co-written by Adam Tomei. Sadoski portrays a neurotic and struggling theater director in New York who meets a successful woman, forcing him to reexamine himself, his values and notions of what makes life worth living.

Matalon wrote the book “The Precise Guide to Sounding Smart at Parties” and sold “The Communion Letters” to SyFy.
