Asking about turning 3D into 2D. Useful in group viewing where one person has issues with 3D. All I have seen is for passive 3D similar to the following http://www.edimensional.com/2dgl4patu3dm.html
I don't see anything for active glasses? I have Samsung/Mitsubishi IR active shutter glasses. I've heard that the original Sharp 3D active shutter glasses had an option to turn 3D into 2D. I'm not a hardware hacker, so a DIY solution will probably not work for me unless its super easy. Please, no snide comments about 3d to 2D. I am firmly in the 3D camp and completely enjoy my 250+ 3D movies. I can't imagine not seeing in 3D but I have had people tell me about issues with 3D ![]() |
