Can we talk about later John Waters films? I know people love his Divine stuff, and I love that work. A lot. But man... Pecker, Cecil B. Demented and A Dirty Shame deserve more love.

I think anyone can see is that Stvn and Gacivory have a personal vendetta against Nolan...

I have never, not once seen them saying one single positive word in anything Nolan has ever had his name attached too.

I do remember two threads where they made a comment just to bash the film.

Agree Hairspray(I know it has Divine, but it a studio film of his so it feels later period) and Cry-Baby were childhood favorites! I recently watched Serial Mom and loved it! I need to finish watching his filmography!

And WE get it, you like him. You've gone on for so long, and so much it hasn't been that polite or constructive, especially tearing down other opinions with lists and stats and whatever. And so many over-the-top statements about Marvel and Lynch and all that aren't constructive at all.

I am polite, respectful and i simply stated my opinion. I would never attack anyone for having a different opinion or preference over something like a film.

But this "Insert movie that was critically rotten and considered trash" > Nolan, comments is getting a bit repetitive now.

I don't understand why people seem to get riled up and have an unreasonable hatred against him, more than any director recently. It seems like these comments are just made to bash his fans or say that someone does not like him, at all.

Also, he's not even my favorite at the moment!
