(Recommendation) Premium 8-Capacity Double-Sided Binder Sleeves

I'm looking for recommendations on premium double-sided binder sleeves.

They should be 8-capacity, much similar to the ones referenced below:

I'm slightly worried that just picking the first sleeves I come across might damage the discs long-term.
I'm basically looking for any advice from someone who previously has had such sleeves with success.

Will be storing them in a binder, not a fan of several binders.
Will store about 200 discs at a maximum, so 25x sleeves should cover it.

I'm only looking to store the discs, not the artwork or case sleeve.
