Default Quentin Tarantino films should get 8K or 4K scans and released on 4K Blu-ray format
Reservoir Dogs is one of my family members favorite movies. It looks like its out of print but still in stock at Amazon. This was one of the early Blu-ray releases back in Feb 2007 around 8 months after the Blu-ray format launched. It is only MPEG-2 with lossy audio. Perhaps one day Reservoir Dogs might get a 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray release with lossless audio. Maybe even Kill Bill volume one and volume Two, Pulp Fiction and other classic Quentin Tarantino films.
