Actually almost all the PC games with a single-player campaign that I've played don't have an online requirement. Breakpoint is the only one I recall in recent memory that has it, and like you said it is enforced by the game company. I'm playing Far Cry 6 right now on PC, and I've had to take it offline because the stupid UBISoft launcher for some reason makes the game play all jittery on my PC when it is online. It's the one glitch I've had with that game. I also played Cyberpunk offline.

For your newer PC gaming, do your games load within the range of a PS5's 2 seconds for new levels or maps to begin play? If so, then that's great. I'm just thinking of my gaming on computers years ago, and all the waiting there was for the games to load.
