Next time they have a good sale I'll try picking up a few that wouldn't ship this time. Does anyone have experience with their "unable to deliver". Might that change if they restock? I'd love to pick up the Hornblower series..... unless they don't restock. @ jkoffman - thanks for the telephone number advice. I'll try that next time I have trouble submitting a customer service request. In my account the number is +1 330-785-XXXX but that didn't work in the form.
