Often regarded as one of the most controversial & polarizing filmmakers of all time, with one of the weirdest career trajectories ever, Ulli Lommel had made films with everyone from Rainer W. Fassbinder to Andy Warhol to Bill Rebane to Marian Dora.

He sadly passed away back in December 2017, but his wildly varied output as both filmmaker and actor is quite waiting to be discovered and examined.
