raven_32 Expert Member Member since:Dec 2010 Location:Teays Valley, WV Blu-ray collection:542 DVD collection:127 iTunes collection:1 Prime collection:2 Trading Score:68	Question for ppl with restaurant experience I’m in the process of putting together a menu for a possible coffee shop cafe I have no restaurant experience tho and so far the menu is simple and mostly baked goods or fresh fruits etc. since it wouldn’t have a full time cook, most items are pre made but I was looking at the possibilities for chicken, would you be able to hot hold grilled chicken breast for a few hours to go on salads and wraps?
