Default Dramatic films that are completely unrealistic to you.

Films are, for the most part, designed to entertain. They may have messages or motivations but we watch them to be entertained on some level. So with that knowledge comes a certain expectation that there will be a certain amount of reality bending or twisting for entertainment sake, especially so with genres like Sci fi, horror etc.

But what films do you find completely implausible that are meant to be taken as serious depictions of real life? I know pretty much all movies have artistic license to some degree but any stand out movies that just don't ring true at all to you?

The Mosquito Coast is one for me. No part of that film, for me, has any basis I the real world, from the characters actions, to the dramatic beats, nothing. It was a bit of a surreal experience.
