The BestBuy nearest to me is down to a single 4-sided standee for movies now. It’s not even full. While this location may not represent a flagship store, it is located inside Metrotown, the largest mall in BC. BestBuy used to have rows and rows to choose from.

I particularly enjoyed when we still had both Futureshop and BestBuy. In the same area, they were basically across the street from each other. I would often buy a few from each store.

My Spidey NWH SB arrived. I apparently ordered 2, so will return one (unless someone has an extra Eternals SB to trade?).

Both came from Eastern BB warehouse this time and still no padding in the box. One has the J-card loose and crooked and the second has the plastic backwards, so it says "Disc Made in Mexico" across the front. Good thing I open SBs...

Well, that's the last time I'm trusting online shopping with Best Buy. My copy of "Death on the Nile" shipped April 5th. It's been 17 days, and I STILL have not received it. Dumbasses even shipped it out via Lettermail, thus I can't track it either!

Ouch, that sucks. Happened once with a movie, which never arrived. Their customer support is also not great, although it worked at the end. They asked to wait until it was more than a month late to do anything. Chat support is very limited and can't provide a replacement. Even phone support these days can only refund and re-order.

Oh, and the replacement arrived quickly, but I ended up missing a huge price cut for that same movie that happened shortly after the price guarantee window...

Today I lost patience waiting for the Turning Red 4K Steelbook to become available again. I ended up ordering the standard 4K from Disney Movie Club for $29.99, including a lithograph and free shipping.

thats literally the only way I've been buying Disney 4ks this year, seeing as Walmart wont price them less than $32, plus it helps me fill out my Exclusives for 50-60% off depending on the monthly offer

If it's possible, my first preference is the BestBuy Steelbook but seriously... What is up with making the pre-order available for 4-5 hours (from midnight to about 5am Pacific time?) That was the one night I chose to go to bed at a decent time. So irritating. I kept the page up on my computer, refreshing it often and then finally gave up yesterday.

Actually TURNING RED SB did show up as available online today for a brief time.
