4K UHD of From Beyond? Space Truckers? Not sure who the latter is with but it might be possible for Shout to acquire it.

OK Scream stans I haven't follow them as much and I was wondering what potential studio deals they might have going forward?

There are some Columbia brit horror movies that would be right up their alley that it appears Kino isn't doing, but I've hesitated to import the ones that have region free releases unless its certain Scream isn't going to put any out.

No one really knows at this point. More Warner and Paramount titles seem probable but at this point we haven't gotten any real indication that there's some huge new deal pending and so the most likely outcome is 4k upgrades... lots and lot's of 4k upgrades.

While the original bluray wasn't terrible by any means, certainly not like one of those dated or over processed Universal masters (think Cat People or Tremors), it's showing it's age. Look no further and compare it to it's predecessor Re-animator, which was remastered and you can tell From Beyond is just begging for an upgrade A/V wise. Unfortunately, it's probably not for that film as the SF already has an interview with Barbara. I don't see them filming yet another one.

I would love for Scream Factory to have finally worked out a deal with Full Moon and to finally start bringing over some of their catalog in new transfers with HD audio. I wouldn't exactly be thrilled to have to upgrade everything all over again, but I have no doubt that I'd do just that. An upgraded release of Castle Freak would be great. I actually feel rather confident that the title in question will be a 4k of From Beyond though. Re-Animator is still with Arrow, and I don't see Scream Factory caring enough to go after some of her indie releases and so that leaves From Beyond and a small selection of alternatives, none of which really stand out.

Watching the Sword and the Sorceror release. Makes me hope for Albert Pyun’s KNIGHTS to come out to Blu-ray finally. Any idea if this is doable with Scream? Not sure who owns it.

Just placed my first order with Shout Factory. I couldn't resist that limited edition of Monte Hellman's Cockfighter, been wanting it for years. It's going to cost me about $50 Canadian but couldn't let it slip through my fingers. It was also made easier because I could pay through my Amazon account, no need to set up an account with Shout. They generally have these limited editions ready to ship within a few days when they have the pre-orders? It says release is on the 26th, so it should go soon after that?

Not really. You have a monster versus a psychic dog. That's the basic story of all the Watchers movies. If you search on YouTube, you can find multiple streams of the first film.

I picked up Watchers II and Cockfighter.

I made the mistake of watching Watchers right after reading the book. Woof indeed. Knew I was in trouble, in a good way, when Corman's name popped up on the screen.

Oh wow, Watchers 2, that's terrific, one of the movies i've been dying to see on blu ray. Too bad it doesn't come with the first one like both Terror within.

As for having to watch the first one, not at all. Both movies are adaptations of the first novel, albeit the second one is more faithful (while the first one is like a cross between the book and the werewolf movie Bad moon).
