Plain Archive Customer Service Question

hello everyone!
i tried my best looking for this topic, but with no luck:

has anyone recently dealt with Plain Archive's customer service? i recently ordered a bunch of movies and i got a wrong one. i immediately emailed their designated customer service email on monday, and as of this writing (thursday) they have yet to reply. i read in their returns policy that i have up to 15 days to return and that i cannot make a returns without them first contacting me.

has anyone had issues with returns and whats the turnaround time for them getting back to you??
