Speaking of WAS, I saw they just spent $100m on land in the DC area to develop for a new stadium. I get that owners and teams want the newest and shiniest but FedEx field is only 25 years old

I mean what is built to last today, look at any infrastructure work or even home building. Nothing today is made with lasting in mind, max profit is all that matters in large projects like this.

Fed Ex field was built on the cheap and it now shows only a few decades later. And for those that have this axe to grind with Snyder he didn't own the team when this pile of crap was built!
