It's too bad she didn't get to join the Harry Potter franchise until now, they REALLY couldn't have found a better choice to play Bellatrix LeStrange.

Nope
she was a regular person in the beginning, and then later on skynet uses an image of her to talk to the guy that knew her when she was alive. Its not really her character.
