Hey I thank them (and others) profusely elsewhere. I guess that quoted phrase could be taken differently than I meant it (especially with tone being easily lost in text). I just meant I would maybe enjoy another slightly less upscaled version if this specific process caused that black/shadow issue, as that was very distracting on select scenes at 110". It would be my prerogative to skip them, which doesn't mean they were bad but just not for me personally. Those scenes were actually giving my wife a headache...

Either way, knowing that it was a source issue I am all in on any others this person wants to donate their time/energy on. If you ever see this, thank you mystery person!
