I saw that Google listed my Superman movies as 4K (so upgraded from HD) with no announcement. But I had no way to confirm because my TCL 6, using my Chromecast with Google TV, wasn't telling my TV to turn on HDR or Dolby Vision when I opened the movie.
Found a solution for now, but definitely reporting the feedback and bug to Google. Quote:
