Default TV without auto dimming recommendation?

I've had a Panasonic Plasma that I've seriously loved for the last 10+ years but it feels like it's time to finally upgrade to a higher resolution... Looking into it, an OLED would seem to be the best modern replacement for me - but I'm very sensitive to auto dimming - and it looks like that's a feature that's essentially impossible to completely turn off on all OLEDs regardless of the brand...

Can anyone recommend me something *without* impossible to turn off auto dimming? I've loved the deep blacks of my Plasma and understand I probably won't reach that without an OLED, but any insight into a suitable replacement would be much appreciated!

Also feel free to enlighten me if I'm off the mark here. Thanks
