I don't know how well this is gonna go over. People made a big deal about TLoU getting the remake treatment on PS5, and that was an older more universally loved game than TLoU2. I admit... I purchased the Part I remake and don't feel bad about it. I love the original and it looks even more amazing now.

I mean, Ghost of Tsushima got a PS5-specific sku with upgrades. Death Stranding got a PS5-specific sku with upgrades. So did Spider-Man/Miles Morales. So did God of War 2018. I don't see why TLOU Pt 2 has to be any different.

The real question is if Sony is going to allow an upgrade path for current owners of the PS4 version of the game.
