Whenever I try to use hardware acceleration on either PowerDVD 9, or TotalMedia 3, the screen becomes green, and playback of anything besides basic menus/ logo or copywrite screens are so choppy it's unwatchable. I don't think anything is wrong with my graphics cards, as I can play any game or any other dvd perfectly. I've tried the demo disc that came with the drive as well as Iron Man. As soon as I turn hardware acceleration off, everything plays perfectly.
Here are my specs: Intel Core i7 920 @ 3.33 Ghz BFG GTX 280 SLI 6 GB Corsair ddr3 1333 ram Sony BDU-X10S blu-ray drive I've done a firmware update and my graphics drivers are up to date. I don't see what the problem could be. |
