Unhappy acer aspire 6920 wont play Blu-ray :(
hey, im new to this forum so please be nice , im pretty basic with my computer knowledge so your have to talk english , my dad has a acer aspire 6920 and i have tried several software and everytime when i try to press play it says insert disc. too be honest the laptop was second hand so i do not no what software or drivers have been uninstalled so could to with some help with pointers and directions
