All of those movies have been terrible. The biggest problem here is -- much like the recent trend of Hollywood blockbusters -- is that they're made with no vision in mind. No value on artistic merit. Just something to rush through the assembly line and put out to the market.

Which is weird when you consider this trend is corresponding with flop after flop.

This is going to be yet another box office failure for Sony. Just like Morbius.

Dakota Johnson for sure needs a better agent. She was really good in Bad Times at the El Royale and Cha Cha Real Smooth.

She's got something better than a good agent.

Maybe I missed it, yet has any of the marketing mentioned the characters names? These are pretty obscure characters that most would not know. They just keep pushing the actors.

Honestly i feel like this movie hasn't even had marketing. I literally didn't know a release date till i saw that poster above. I didn't even know it was due to release this year until it came up in a split second showing of a local cinemas advert for their subscription service.

I think the UK date is not Valentines but if it is, that's pretty soon and i haven't even seen a single poster, web advert or ANYTHING i would class as marketing. Similarly, Kraven has had the same sort of thing but at least trailers were playing in theatres for it.

Yeah it has been weird. All of the marketing I have seen has focused on the actors. They are not trying to invite people into the movies worlds. It is like hey do you know these people from the other movies they have been in, now they are in this movie.

All the characters have been named dropped in featurettes as well.

I don't think so. The movie didn't cost that much to make, so it won't need to take as much in to make its money. Plus, I think general audiences might be piqued by this one. My oldest sister who sees about everything and detests most comic book movies wants to see this one. Usually, she avoids these movies. She only saw one last year and that was Guardians of The Galaxy. This may surprise at the box office.

It's that time.

A movie I like.
High Critic Score, High Audience Score, and makes money.

"I knew it, these critics and the audience know what a good movie is"

A movie I do not like.
High Critic Score, High Audience Score, and makes money.

"What do they know, this movie is going to end cinema for ever. No one should listen to any of them."

A movie I like.

Low Critic score, low audience score, makes no money.

"Never listen to these people this is a masterpiece. It will be a cult classic one day"

A movie I do not like.

Low Critic score, low audience score, makes no money.

"They are right on the money this movie is terrible. Downfall of everything."
