They asked me for my phone number since it was international mail but I still haven't gotten a response or a mailer after giving it to them.

I submitted my request about a month ago, heard back and gave them my address and still no sign of the replacement discs.

WB is clearly not being aggressive in making things right, and it seems intentional. They've thrown a bone out to a very few people here in the U.S., but have left the majority of people waiting in limbo (myself since April 8th).

I'm not buying the new box set, and I won't be buying Rocky V 4K or Rocky Balboa 4K if they don't hurry up and get replacement discs to me first. I can't help but get the feeling that they are stalling on purpose so that we'll shell out beaucoup bucks on the new set instead. I'm not playing games with manipulators / scumbags.

I too think that’s what’s happening, and I’m also not giving in and double-dipping. Nothing wrong with my normal blu ray disks.

Not gonna lie, I’m with you guys. If they don’t replace the discs I’m just gonna likely settle for the blu ray set.

Well I emailed those greedy bastards and hopefully I won't be a dog without a bone and will get my replacement copy here in the US. Do you hear me WB, I'm shaking my fist very loudly at you.

Just received a FedEx notification from Valencia CA. I assume that these are the discs as others have described. All hope is not lost. They replied on June 12th with the envelope email for reference.

Email submitted to WB for replacement discs on 6/11. Received discs today, 6/29.

Discs were individually placed in envelopes that appear a fibrous material instead of straight paper. The four envelopes had a bubble wrap layer around them, there was a small amount of packing paper and an apology note from the studio. All in a box.

The box could have been smaller or more packing to secure the discs used, in my opinion, but I see no wear or damage to any of the discs.

Appreciation to Warner Bros. For stepping up and resolving this in a timely manner.

No offense to you whatsoever, but if you live in the U.S. that's absolutely disgusting. People started messaging them way back in early April about obtaining replacements, jumping through more than one provenance hoop in an effort to do so. Myself and many others here are still waiting (although I did receive a FedEx notification today that inspires hope that my replacements will arrive next Friday). I wonder how many people who messaged WB way back in April, and who have re-messaged them on more than one occasion like myself, will never end up receiving replacements. They are a customer service nightmare, and the sad thing is that this is just one example of it in a long list.

I still can't believe reading about how WB was refusing to replace scratched discs from customers' complete series Game of Thrones 4K box sets. Hopefully they eventually relented due to the sheer number of people who were experiencing playback issues. All I know is that I avoided purchasing that set for that reason alone. As a company, you should never refuse to make things right when it is clearly not a customer's fault for something failing to immediately work properly. At least not if you have a moral compass...

All I can do is speak from my own experiences in all things in life. I only recently learned of all this early this month and I took the steps the fine people in this forum outlined. I wrote them, mentioned I heard about the replacement offer, asked how I could get on the list and provided my address and POP all in a single email. They responded within two hours. Two and a half week turnaround. Maybe it helped I offered all my details. Maybe it helped I live a few hours from their mailing center. Maybe the date of original purchase has an impact, or the amount paid. I don’t know.

I do know I’m appreciative of my own experience. I do know I sympathize with those of you who have been waiting longer and have yet to find resolution. I hope that changes soon.

If I’m bothered by anything regarding this situation, it’s that the boxset was released incomplete in the first place, without all six films, meaning I’m one of those who will just end up buying it all over again anyway because I’m not fond of steelbooks and the Rocky collection of steels are among the laziest I’ve seen. That is an overall issue I think, from my own experience, Warner Bros. handled very badly.

Still nothing here for me in Vancouver, and I sent two email follow-ups on June 9 and 19th and no reply, not even an automated one. It was to the same email address they contacted me from for my address confirmation. I hope this is a whole Canada thing and I’m not just an outlier.

I have to agree. I requested these back in April and still no update on anything being shipped or if they're going to be. WB has handled this miserably.

They fail to reply A LOT. Whenever it's happened to me, nothing productive took place (i.e. they basically ignored the email).

Same I got the email from them that discs would ship soon on April 16th. I’ve been asking when they would ship for the past week with no response. So I just started over and gave my info again and got a response right away about the prepaid envelope. Hopefully that works.
