When leaks are coming from multiple avenues like this, I wonder why more labels don't get out in front and initiate their advertising campaign early.

Too bad it for certain won't have the classic look and "all out"-feel that the original region 1 box set had. With the classy original posters, the 3D-glasses and the extra disc of stuff.

I hope this has Elm Street 5 uncut (which I imagine will happen), that the film's grain is intact and maybe maybe new commentary tracks for the films with the directors/writers etc.

WHY NOT HAVE ROBERT ENGUND RECORD ONE FOR EACH FILM.

What size is your TV? When I had my old 42" 720p plasma, I didn't see the need for bluray till I upgraded to a 55" 1080p....then I didn't see a need for 4K until I got an 88" 4K TV. The bigger you go, the more noticeable lower resolutions are. I can't even watch DVD's anymore, they look like RealPlayer videos from 1998.

Rocky is MGM WB just releases what MGM gives them to release.

I agree with what he said re: Rocky being MGM's doing but even so, ANOES is Warners so the bare minimum is pretty much the standard. Anything else is a bonus.

We're lucky to get a press release like a week before something comes out these days, if at all, so it's not tremendously surprising. Most of the time the "announcements" are people finding listings on websites or leaks like this.

I wish the contrast was better on Dream Master, but yeah.

On the UHD will you see Freddy and his mouth not moving during the "You shouldn't have buried me..." line?

Or will his face be in silhouette like on the (at least swedish) VHS?

Fair point, although I'd consider a 4K Collection of this magnitude in particular to be quite a significant release to simply roll out with a whisper.

I've been wanting a 4K player for a couple years now and just ordered one today. Partly in anticipation of this release, and partly because I saw how good Harry Potter looks in 4K on Christmas at my family's house.

I doubt it will happen, but I would love to see deluxe edition steelbooks (like the first one, with original art) for all of the sequels…..

On the VHS, DVD, Laserdisc and Blu-ray of Dream Warriors you can hear Robert Englund's voice unprocessed during the Taryn alley scene, as well as some cutaways that make no sense because they shot it wrong (the drug needles).

So your point?

I don't want any George Lucas revisionism, or James Cameron smoothing making Freddy look like a jellyfish.

Individual releases seem to be getting released alongside the Box Set. FNAC is out here leaking all the good stuff.

Individually cased release makes me think WB will give us a Harry Potter, Batman, etc. style 4K box set with each movie in its own case instead of one case + flimsy slipbox like the blu-ray collection.

For the sleeves, I feel like they're gonna go with the DVD covers to match the artwork they brought back for the first one's solo 4K earlier this year. Not ideal, but could be worse I suppose. Personally, I hope they give us the original poster artwork. Maybe they'll make OG covers a box set exclusive perk?

Every time I try to open a fnac link, it goes to a blank page on one browser and says it’s unavailable on another. How are you guys getting the pages to load?
