To be fair, being better than Fant4shit isn’t setting the bar high at all. That abomination is about as entertaining as watching paint dry. Being better than the Tim Story movies isn’t setting the bar that high, either.

PS, how fitting that a guy literally named Emilia Perez comes in here to thread crap. You’ve got no room to call anything trash with your namesake.

Promising trailer, I suppose, though I wish The Thing's face felt more rock-like and less smooth CGI-like. I hope the retro-futuristic look is a sign of a more unique Marvel film, and it isn't just a bog-standard story with fun set dressing, but we'll have to wait and see.

I'm also becoming increasingly convinced that the members who accuse people with negative opinions of being "socks," and the members who accuse people with positive options of being "shills" are all actually the same, single person filling up entire forum pages by him/herself. It's just too sad to imagine dozens of people interacting with each other like this every day of their lives.

Loved the teaser. It's 97 seconds and the movie is 5 months off.
They will adjust a lot of things in that time. I'm sure Ben's voice will be altered and his CGI refined. I don't want Reed stretching unless it's totally finished. Then I would have to read (and ignore) all the trolls and kooks mocking the "bad" stretching effects.
No doubt it will be better than all the earlier versions. If it's not "perfect", so what? I want to be entertained with these awesome characters from my youth with a nice story and see their camaraderie.

I'm positive the 37th movie in the series is going to be something really special.

But the 35th and 36th entries in the series will be pretty awesome, too!

I don't know where people saw that perfect FF film to compare this to but this is close as it gets to the comics feel.

Query.

Are people getting the voice of The Thing from the 60's tv or The Thing show from The Flintstones.

That is the query, what does the real thing sound like? If you read FF before the cartoons, I am pretty sure that is not the voice you heard in your head. Afterwards who knows.

I think it's just a cliche that a guy made of stones should be gravel-voiced...
