This is the only disc I've come across that exhibited this behaviour. Furthermore it is happening on both blu ray and 4k editions so it's at the master level and independent of the authoring and codecs if they differ between formats.

Sure there have been releases where a scene has a sync issue (Second Sight's Changeling, for example) but looking at all the posts, people are not agreed. It was raised on 88Films Facebook 6 months ago but I didn't see any acknowledgment or response. Only Oppo players seem to work and I've got Sony and LG and they don't. Out by 250ms, once you watch the dvd and compare with either of these discs, it's glaringly apparent.
