Need a little help guys. I'm wanting to get back into buying physical media but since I stopped collecting the landscapes has dried up hugely.
My last player was the Oppo 203 I believe. I can't afford, or justify, the Panasonic UB9000. However I would like a player that supports DV naturally so would I be correct in saying that the 820 switches naturally between HDR formats and is one of the few left that do? They are currently around the 340 new market which I'm struggling to justify for a 7 year old player. Any other reasonable options out there? Not really interested in the Sonys for the annoying DV support. Am I missing any 820 alternatives or should I just pull the plug on one of those? |
