Default Handling Multi-Movie Collections with Half-D1 Encoding

I did some searching in the forum and couldn't really find what I was looking for. The TVDB has irked me a bit so I decided to shift my crowdsourcing volunteer time to some of the stuff on here, since I have only physical media.

One of the entries I am a bit confused with is Horror: Do Not Watch Alone

This one is a bit odd because the entry has links to the 15 movies that are part of the collection, but the video information is not quite right. This collection is on 2 DSSL discs. In order to fit all the movies onto 4 single-layer sides, they did some heavy compression. All of the movies are encoded at Half-D1 resolution. I am not sure if there is a way to indicate that (I haven't found it yet).

Closed captions also seem to be inconsistent across the collection. I am happy to correct the entire entry, if that is possible. If it is simply a limitation of the database, I will adjust what I can and move along.
