Warning if you haven't used it yet: I got an email stating the credit expires July 31, but it was gone today. Support said their records of the promo show "Expires July 19."

It seems you have to use these within a few days or they end up disappearing like that. It is annoying since the email dates always seem to be wrong, but you can contact CS and they will usually credit you the amount if you buy something while talking to them or refund the amount from a previous purchase.
