I would assume no as Wedding hit theaters summer of 2003. Wedding has never had a good presentation on any home video format. 88 did wonders with the first two films, so I was bummed when Wedding went to Blu-ray only.

Wedding has digital credits and text, so yeah there was indeed a DI, likely made for the DVD master then just recycled for the BD.
