Very valid point, I do work with some techs in my area that I would say there knowledge is lacking in certain areas, I do know that the other 5 techs that are ISF CCC aside from myself in Washington are people I would consider my equals on that note BB employs over 150,000 people, I wouldn't be able to tell you the fraction of those who are incompitent.
