I know the US forums have a thread listing contact details. We…do not.
Anyway I ordered the Transformers 6-movie 4K set from an eBay seller. Sealed. Turns up with an alarming looking scratch in the centre of Revenge of the Fallen (I believe this is one of the most important parts?), and odd marks on Bumblebee. I asked the seller like “hey do you have your original receipts could you ask for a replacement?”. No, but they’ll accept a return request. But I’d rather save all that if its possible to get to Paramount directly and ask. I attached a photo in case I’m completely wrong about where scratches matter most, but the primary purpose of this thread is to get contact details if possible. |
