On paper maybe yes but not in motion. How you optimize that bitrate is most important, not just the number itself. I spot-checked both and they’re all but identical. FYI, the 1.33:1 version requires much less bandwidth due to the big black bars. It’s a fantastic edition and there’s nothing to worry about.
