I have looked on the internet and on this forum and do not see exactly what this could be. When watching TV or Blu-rays, the brightness will change. It is most obvious when there is white credits on a black background. It will get very bright and washout the blacks. When the credits fade, everything gets dark and rich again. Credit pops back up and same thing. I thought this might be a Dynamic Contrast issue but I turned it off and doesnt seem to help. Thanks for any advice!
