Default Do sub dampeners help out with the neighbors?
Any experience of a dampener pad being effective by "quieting" up the bass for the neighbors next door? I've had a couple complaints (in a one story new duplex), and I thought about going for a cheap dampener pad.

I mean, it is the vibrations that they hear, right?
