It's been suggested that digital downloads will replace movies on discs.

It could happen but I don't think it's a foregone conclusion.

I see Blu Rays as a value given it's sometimes ~50GB already stored on a very reliable media that's ready to play. I'm not a fan of having my stuff on hard drives.

And,.. I've never bought on Itunes either and never will. I'm not going to pay for MP3's I would rather go buy the CD.
