When my wife is gone I have some movies at -20.0 db up to -14.0 db,when my wife is home she dose not like it loud so I have it at -35.0 db ( when playing music I have up as loud as +2.0 db that loud at 96 kHz/24 bit compare to the movies at 48 kHz/24 bit )
