Arrrgh!

I'm torn... there are 3 titles at $13.99 I want. Unfortunately of the 3 titles I've previously ordered as a member, 2 have arrived with damaged cases.

its been a while since ive visited this thread.. but chcanada sure has got some good deals this week. waterworld, funny ppl, slumdog and some more good titles. im still waiting on them to implement free shipping on 3+ titles, then id place more orders...

Report this to your post office.

I have never received a damaged case, but the way the postman/woman tries to cram the 2-disc envelope into those tiny "super" mail box slots (they usually fold it in half), it's only a matter of time!

I prefer to order singles or 3-or-more at a time, as orders of 3+ come in a nice sturdy box(!), but that doesn't always work out...

Oh yeah... WATERWORLD IS MINE!!!

Can't wait to watch Waterworld in glorious high def!! Also heard good things about Funny People, so I had to pick that one up too!!

FS25 is still working for free shipping on orders over $25!! Or at least it worked for me.

One of the damaged cases was actually pre-shipping (the shrink wrap was in perfect condition). Almost like a piece was sliced off the bottom corner. Haven't quite seen it before. I'll upload some pictures later.

The other case was obviously damaged during shipping.

you have to hit the scroll box thingy and choose free shipping manually

paddy963 - PM me your details - Order ID, email address, etc. - anything that may help me search your order. I'll see what I can do. If you changed the shipping method in the drop down it would have over written the free shipping.
