So I looked for a thread where this movie is discussed, but I didn't find anything except for a thread discussing a few glitches with the BD. So, feel free to kill me if there's already a thread about this!

I just got home from watching the movie. For some reason, they just released it on Mexico tonight. Go figure.

Anyway, I had been reading terrible reviews about this movie for over a year, so I went to see it expecting the worst movie in the history of bad movies. However, that title still belongs to 1990's Dark Angel, starring Dolph Lundgren.

I mean, sure, the editing is terrible at some point, the dialogue kind of sucks and the special effects are kind of bad but I was surprisingly engaged by the story. Probably because I love those type of stories, where you just know that every single character is doomed. I would have liked it if they had spent more time developing Anna Walton's character, but in the end, when the title appeared on the screen, I found myself feeling satisfied. In my opinion, this movie accomplished what it set out to do.

I don't know, I guess I'm a sucker for bad movies.
