Default Kind of bummed out...
I have a 720p 50" plasma (at the time I got it, a FHD cost almost 40% more), and watch from a distance of about 12 ft. (almost 4 meter). I was already looking forward to watch blu-ray on my screen (I know it isn't the same as FHD), and I got this answer from an expert on another website:

"you'll be able to see somewhere between DVD and 720p picture quality, so blu-ray is of marginal benefit".

Talk about deflating spirits...
Anyone out there can cheer me up...?
