Thanks. I actually missed one of the uber chests the first time, so I had to play through again. However, using the Blade of Olympus, all the Urns of Power, and the God Armor from Challenge of the Titans, I got to that point of the game again in like an hour and a half. That stuff is SO broken.

I just beat the Sisters of the Fate/Kraken again and still didn't get the trophy.

I saved a separate file so my restore point is still before the fight with the Sisters.

same thing happened to me..after several tries of beating the krakken all the way to clotho nothing happened. so I just did a new game + and breezed through the game in less than 3 hours to get the trophy

I read somewhere that "Clotho" is one of the Sisters of Fate. Is Clotho that creature that you have to drop those spears to trap her hands?

So then I'd have to beat THAT thing before I get the trophy.

im so pissed... i knew that the Boss Batch 3 trophy in GOW Collection was glitched (beat kraken n 3 sisters of fate) to unlock the trophy i read u have to beat all of those bosses without turning the ps3 off in 1 sitting / gameplay... so i did... and it still didnt unlock.

and yeh i just beat the game too groo thats one hell of a coincidence 30 mins apart

yeah I tried everything too when it happened to me

- I tried beating them all starting from the krakken w/o pausing or going to the menu screen or XMB
- I tried w/o saving anytime in between
- I tried w/o dying as well
all to no avail..nothing..the trophy keeps on ignoring me

I saved and rebooted plenty of times between those bosses. Maybe doing it in one playthrough is the way to not get the trophy.

I remember spending the first 3-4 hours playing that game with my mouth wide open, and that was when it was first released on the PS2. You get to experience this amazing game for the first time in HD.

I'm about to do my speedrun for GOW1 and was wondering if the timer stopped when you are at the upgrade/restart screen...I don't want to pause the game and still have the game timer going.....

I've done this a lot and walked away for several minutes I would like to know this to.

Can you use the special outfits for challenge of the god trophy?

Yes, the timer stops. I've left it on that screen for several hours before, and it didn't count toward my completion time. I think the timer also pauses for cutscenes, since I ended up with a time of just a hair over 3 hours, when the actual time I was playing was more like 5 hours.

No, or it wouldn't be much of a challenge at all. You can only use what they give you in each challenge.

I know it sounds tiresome, but you must start a new game (Bonus Play will do) in order to get that Boss Batch 3 trophy. I don't think i've ever seen anyone say they've done that route and not get the trophy.
