I have an HD 720 LG 37" TV connected to a Dish Network DVR receiver. Also have a PS3 connected via HDMI cable to TV. When watching regular TV through Dish Network receiver, the sound is fine on 20 or so, but when watching a regular DVD or Blu-ray through PS3, I have to turn volume to 40+ to hear it?? Any thoughts why?
Also, a friend has the same issue, although they are using a Comcast DVR box connected to a Sony 27" HDTV via component cables, and a Sony Blu Ray connected to TV via an HDMI cable. Same problem....regular TV watching is on 20 or so, and when we watched a DVD this past weekend, we had to turn TV to over 50 for volume?? Thoughts? Thanks much! |
