So anyone think it's still 'too early' to buy into Blu-ray?

10 Things I hate About You is a waste of a bluray.

If you sister is interested in these kind of movies, then maybe bluray is not for her.

That is just my opinion, since I only buy movies that I deem worth it on bluray.

Dark knight, Hulk 2, Iron Man, check my collection and you will get the jest of what I consider bluray worthy.
Comedies and chick flicks, I can watch on DVD and could not care less.

Some people don't care about quality that is why there is tons of movie downloading. People even stream movies just so they don't "waste" money on movies. I see their point. Check the blind buy thread, and see how much money is wasted on movies. There is a lot of garbage out there that we should not waste our money on.
I buy movies I like and if I want to see a movie that I know nothing about then I rent it.

So while your question is valid and lots of people will relate to it (people who don't care about PQ/AQ/money issues/people that say buying movies and music is a bad investment/etc...)
Asking it on blu-ray.com would not get you the answer you wanted to hear.
