Default How can I fix "white" pixels on my LCD's

I have the KDL46 XBR9 and when the screen is totally blank (when I'm changing imput channels like from cable tv to my ps3). I noticed a tiny white pixel on the upper left corner (you won't notice it unless there is no image on the screen. My mom has about 4 of them on her KDL26S2000 (which used to be my tv a few years ago but I gave it to her). I recall there is supposedly a way to correct this. Anyone recall what it is? Thanks in advance.

UPDATE: I believe it's called a "stuck Pixel".
