Default The Omen: Perfect!

I can't say this disc is perfectly faithful to the film. Only the DP or someone as intimate with the photography probably could. But, I saw no issues with the disc that pointed a clear finger at infidelity. The few spots of unexplained softness were so rare and inconsistent with the rest of the disc; one would assume them to be innate as well, similar to X3 when Logan walks out on the veranda at the end. How the scene looks oddly out of focus until the camera pulls back and you realize the shot is being taken at something like 100 yards away. It looked like that merely because the camera was out of range rather than some lapse in mastering or encoding. So nothing about that will ever change. I suspect the same could be true here in spots. But, again, the majority of the film looks positively amazing in detail and depth. It should leave you literally stunned.
Another disc getting a perfect review. Joining the ranks of X-men 3 (followed by League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and Sky High), this title is another home run for Fox.
