Need someone who can create blog templates.

I need to find someone who can create a blog template. Nothing TOO fancy, but I have a few ideas on color scheme and I need to be able to insert a banner across the top of the page.

I have a template I found online which is perfect, only I can't put the banner up there. A graphic designer friend of mine did a kickass banner for me (free of charge no less!) and it's completely awesome, and yet I can't post it up there because the custom template does away with the header image box.

Even if you insert a link in there, it won't show it, even though it accepts it and shows it in the blogger layout page.

The banner matches my color scheme of the custom template, so that's why I don't simply get a basic template and insert that in there.

Anyone able to help me out? I don't have much money but I'll gladly be willing to work something out.
