My garage gets very hot in the summer time as the sun beats down on the garage door from 1pm on and because of the heat, my refrigerator in the garage works overtime trying to keep my beer cold. My question is: Has anyone insulated their garage door using rigid insulation foam sheets or any type of insulation and if so, does it help? Is it worth the cost?
