Sorry man, but i gotta give ya a 6/10 for having a lot of pretty bad movies imo on there... which include... The Eye, Public Enemies, the worst resident evil movie (Extinction), Semi Pro, The Punisher, Transformers 2 (and not the original?), Crank and the Transporter movies...

Some very good titles, but the modern horror films and versus titles drag the collection down imo. Also, you lack in foreign films, classics, and Criterions. That being said, you have a very defined taste and a rating is simply based on someone else looking at your collection through his or her taste. You clearly know what you like and that's all that matters, not my opinion of what you should have or don't have.

7/10. You have a lot of good classics, such as the Godfather films, but then you have a ton of films that I personally consider throw aways. You were a difficult one to rate, especially since I really couldn't figure out what your taste was.

my taste is if its good and rewatchable ill own it... ill give you the same 7/10you have last Samurai which is a big plus in my book but then you own movies like Pirates of the Caribbean 3, harry Potters, and some others i dont like..and your collection isnt that big.. you have a ton you wish for on your wishlist.. you need to start owning some of those

ha, im a sucker for horror movies... i like zombies Halloween... i know, everyone thinks im nuts here but oh well... i also love the alien vs predator and freddy vs jason, theyre pretty entertaining, not award winning movies though lol...

and to the other guy who rated, its all good... and the problem is, all the old horror movies and classics i own on DVD and i dont double dip too much, rather buy a movie i dont own...

I'd say about 6/10. We all have a lot of the same things, but I cannot condone anyone watching 10,000 BC. Also, I think I only saw one film in a language other than English.

You have a nice sized collection yourself, with some great titles. There's a few I'm not huge fans of, but that's ok. Overall it's a solid collection. 9.5/10

I was one of the freaky freaks who pre-ordered it. I was happy to dump that WB snapper! I still have quite a sizeable DVD collection as well, starting to do more upgrading as things become cheaper. I think at one time I had close to 650 DVDs, but it's gradually reducing in size.

Yea, I've been getting rid of a lot of my dvds because I bought so many
I don't miss most of them, and the few dvds I have left are of ones I can't upgrade yet. Hopefully they will all be on Blu eventually
