I have two subs and wondered when running audyssey if I should have them both plugged in and on? My receiver only has one sub input but I have a y adapter to split the signal. I ran audyssey with both plugged in last night and tested out some scenes but didn't really hear the impact of having another sub, infact alot of scenes sounded kinda flatter than before. Maybe I was just used to too much boom? I haven't messed with them much but I'll try changing the gains and volume and see what I can figure out. I just wanted to double check I was supposed to run audyssey with both of them plugged in.
